Our staff works hard to ensure you are satisfied with your had purchase. This often includes shaping, fitting and customizing the hat for you. However, if you do need to return or exchange a hat, please read the following instructions:
All Other Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges, refunds or store credit will be honored within 30 days of purchase. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. Receipt or gift receipt is required to complete the transaction.
